I’m Roland Cernat, AI advisor and founder of AI for Business.
I help leaders and teams turn AI competency into daily practice.
Before founding AI for Business, I co-founded two SaaS startups and consulted automotive and manufacturing companies like BMW, Audi, Porsche, and E.ON on business innovation.
Since 2022, I’ve led AI transformation programs for SMEs with up to 2,500 employees. I soon realized that what companies really need is a clear way to translate AI into daily work. So I built what I couldn’t find: systems like the ARRCH® AI Framework - a clear, practical process that helps people use AI confidently and consistently.
Today, I combine 15+ years of business and industry experience with hands-on AI expertise to help SMEs across DACH work with AI, while keeping the human side of work.
