a) Our services are designed to provide general information and assistance. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful responses, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the bot.

b) We do internally log both user prompt and output by the bot for thread memory and to improve the performance of the bot over time. We do not store any personally identifiable information in these logs.

c) Please do not provide any personal or proprietary information to our services, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, social security number, or any financial or medical information. We are not responsible for any consequences that may result from sharing such information with the bot.

d) AI for Business reserves the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without notice.

e) By using our services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bavaria, Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Subscription terms

By subscribing to AI for Business Premium Membership, you agree to the following terms:

a) By signing up for membership, you agree to receive the benefits of membership as outlined in our terms of use.

b) You may cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellation will take effect immediately and you will no longer receive the benefits of membership.

c) Refunds will not be available for any membership fees paid prior to cancellation.

d) If you choose to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to any of the benefits or services associated with your membership.

e) You may not transfer your membership to another person or entity without the written consent of the company.

f) We reserve the right to modify or terminate membership services at any time without prior notice.
